Check-in time is from 14.00 p.m.

• What time are guests expected to check-out?

Check-out time is within 10 a.m.

• The hotel is accessible for the handicapped?

Yes, it is accessible.

• At what time does the hotel close?

The hotel is always open.

• Since when is the pool open?

From opening to closing day.

• At what time is open the pool?

The swimming pool is open from 08.00 to 24.00 o' clock and you can swim from 08.00 to 13.00 o' clock and and from 16.00 and 22.00 o' clock.

• Is the beach service included in the price?

Yes, our Hotel provides the dressing-cabin, one sun umbrella plus and two sunbeds per bedroom.

• Can guests still keep the sun umbrella after checking-out?

Unless otherwise agreed upon, guests are expected to let the sun umbrella free after check-out time.

• Is it possible to reserve the position of the sun umbrella?

The position of the sun umbrella depends only on the availability at the check-in.

• Are pets allowed?

Yes, they are but only small pets and with an additional cost of Euro 5.- per day. In any case pets are not allowed in the common areas such as hall, restaurant, bar.

• What kind of services does the price include?

Prices are per person and day including: service, VAT, breakfast buffet, international and national cuisine, meal-choice, dining-room with air conditioning, sat-TV room. Use of the dressing-cabin at the private beach, one sun umbrella and sunbed, pool for adults, pool for children, jacuzzi, parking and bikes. Prices are valid for a minimum stay of 3 days.

• Is it possible to pay by credit card?

We prefer cash, but we also accept VISA, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, CARTASI', BANCOMAT and also cheques.
